Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty recently announced its renewed affiliation with Allconnect for hassle-free home connections.
Allconnect is a service for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's customers and clients that provides a simple service to help buyers select and order utility and communication services. One phone call is all that is necessary, rather than having to run all over town to have utilities connected.
The Allconnect concept was begun in 1996 and a pilot program was put into place in Atlanta in 1998. According to a company representative, Allconnect was the 16th fastest growing business in the Atlanta area for 2003.
Realizing that moving is one of life's most stressful events, Coldwell Banker Bullard and Allconnect strive to provide assistance free of charge in connecting utilities including electricity, natural gas, local telephone, long distance telephone, cellular phone, cable/satelite TV, Internet access, security, newspaper, and garbage collection at a homebuyers new address, noted Jerry Nesbitt, managing broker of Coldwell Banker Bullards Peachtree City/Fayette County office. Allconnect is paid by the partners and service providers and not the consumers.
"Consumers are more convenience-minded than ever before. We are happy to be able to provide this convenience to help our clients and customers. This is only one way our Coldwell Banker Bullard agents go the extra mile to help make a move as hassle-free as possible," said Linda Mitchell, Coldwell Banker Bullard managing broker at the Newnan/Coweta County office.
Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty is the oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the South Metro Atlanta area, having offices in Newnan, Fayetteville, Jonesboro, Conyers, Griffin, Jackson, and McDonough. Bullard Realty was established in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard and has affiliated with Coldwell Banker in recent years. Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty was named Number One in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission income in Georgia for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in 2003 for the fifth consecutive year.
