Fayetteville police have yet to nab a suspect who allegedly robbed the GNC, 137 Pavilion Parkway, Dec. 7. Police said the suspect entered the vitamin store about 2 p.m., pointed a gun at the sales clerk and demanded money from the cash register. The clerk complied with the orders of the suspect and was tied up in the rear of the store by the robber. The suspect walked away from the store with an undetermined amount of cash. He fled in a red pickup truck. The clerk was able to free herself and call for help. The victim was not injured during the incident and there were no customers in the store at the time. The suspect is described as a black male, 5 feet 9, wearing khaki pants and a grey shirt. Anyone with information is asked to call Lt. Beverly Trainor at 770-461-4444.
