Brayson makes top 25

Brayson Homes has once again been included in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s annual “Book of Lists”. The latest edition of the publication was distributed Dec. 24.

The company was listed at No. 9 in the publication’s listing of “Atlanta’s Top 25 Home Builders.” The ranking was based on the number homes closed in 2003.

Gwinnett-based Brayson Homes, which was founded in 1977, has sold over 8,000 new homes during its 28-year history. The company is now active in the Gwinnett, DeKalb, South Fulton, Clayton, Coweta, Newton, Paulding, Henry, and Spalding County markets. It has plans to enter the Douglas County market in the future.

The Brayson Homes group of builders is one of only a few of the 13,000 builders in the more than 20-year history of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program to receive the prestigious Diamond Builder award for quality construction and customer service.

The company has earned awards in the prestigious Professionalism Competition sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Sales & Marketing Council.
