Metro Brokers hires 2,000th agentMetro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate recently reached its 2,000th agent milestone. Butch Springer traded up to Metro Brokers after working with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty for almost six years. He will work out of the McDonough office specializing in horse farm properties and new home developments. Springer works with builder-developer groups and currently has three new home subdivisions: Leguin Farms in Locust Grove and Glenview Estates in Spalding County, both priced from the $140s to $190s, and River Forest, a golf and equestrian community in Monroe County, starting in the $450s. Springer has three team members and one unlicensed assistant. June Springer, Butchs stepmom, is a buyers agent and handles the on-site sales for Leguin Farms. Denise Springer, Butchs wife, and Debbie Ferrero are also buyers agents and run the on-site sales for Glenview Estates. Doug Earnharndt manages the technology and marketing. Springer sold more than $13 million in real estate last year and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club with the Metro South Board of Realtors. Jay Cloud of the McDonough office recruited Springer to Metro Brokers. Springer did several months of research before he decided to join Metro Brokers to make sure he found the right fit. He chose Metro Brokers because it has the best commission structure, the strongest market share presence, brand recognition, and a 24/7 broker support team. Metro Brokers is making it easy for me to increase my business and my bottom line, said Springer. I wasnt sure if Id like not having a broker in my office, but at Metro Brokers I actually have a better response time because the broker support team is dedicated to helping agents and not interrupted with other manager duties. Metro Brokers has almost tripled in size in three years to 2,000 full-time sales associates and 18 metro Atlanta offices. With more than 2,300 licensees, Metro Brokers is the largest license holder in the state of Georgia. Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate, established in 1979, offers a wide range of real estate services including residential and commercial sales; pre- and post-license training; corporate relocation; new home sales and marketing; and insurance, mortgage and title/closing services. The companys real estate academy is also the number one broker-owned real estate school in Georgia. To contact Metro Brokers, call 404-843-2500 or visit metrobrokers.com. |
