New on-site sales team working in Clearwater Pointe

Brayson Homes has named Celia Bolden and Angie Turner as on-site sales specialists in Clearwater Pointe, a swim/tennis community in McDonough in Henry County.

Bolden, who is a recent addition to the Brayson Homes sales and marketing team, has been working in real estate for five years. She is a resident of Lithonia.

Turner, also new with the Brayson organization, has spent more than 12 years in new home sales in the Metro South area. A Newnan resident, she is a Lifetime Member of the Newnan/Coweta Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club and received the Sales & Marketing Council’s Silver Circle Award in 1997 and 1998.

Clearwater Pointe is on McGarity Road, which runs off Ga. Highway 20 East (Cedar Street) in Henry County. Brayson Homes is marketing 247 of the approximately 361 homes in the community, and there are 68 homes in Brayson’s first phase. Prices of the homes range from the mid $150,000s to the mid $190,000s. Currently, there are approximately 10 Brayson homes which are ready to close in 30 days or less.

Nine different two-story and ranch plans, including some with bonus rooms, are being offered by Brayson Homes. The interiors feature vaulted ceilings, formal dining rooms, hardwood floors and decorative planter shelves.

Amenities include a swim and tennis complex with a junior olympic pool, children’s playground and six lighted tennis courts.
