Turnout good for holiday eventColdwell Banker American Land Mart held its annual Builder Appreciation Luncheon recently at the Smyrna Presbyterian Church Dining Hall in Conyers. Attending the event were 48 builders, 24 agents and employees from Coldwell Banker Amercan Land Mart, five representatives from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, and numerous mortgage company representatives, engineers, attorneys, and others from real estate related companies. In all, over 150 people attended the event. Instead of Christmas gifts to its builders, the company made a donation in the builders names to two nonprofit groups, the Rockdale County Emergency Relief Fund/Food Bank and the Conyers-Rockdale Council for the Arts. Coldwell Banker American Land Mart was founded in 1986 and was acquired early in 2004 by Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro with other Bullard Realty offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Conyers, and Newnan, as well as the affiliated American Land Mart office in Conyers. The company, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. Current president and owner Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 30 years. |
