New faces in new places in local real estateDerek Clay is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Clay, who has served in the U.S. Navy, received his real estate training through the MLS Institute. He holds a bachelor of sciente in business administration degree from DeVry University and is a graduate of the Travel and Trade Institute. He and his wife Karine are Henry County residents and have one daughter, Karrington. Joseph R. Cronin is a new agent with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Cronin, who has been in real estate for seven years, received his training from Purdues School of Real Estate and has completed seminars on investment counseling (1031/HUD/repos/tax sales) and commercial real estate. He majored in chemistry and math while in college, and he spent 26 years doing anti-cancer research for the government. A Conyers resident, he is a member of the Catholic Church, the March of Dimes organization, and the National Association of Realtors. Bob Dees has joined Prudential Georgia Realty and is based out of the Peachtree City office at 246 City Circle in The Avenue Shopping Plaza. A Fayetteville native, he is a graduate of Russell High School and the College of West Georgia. He makes the switch to Prudential from Harry Norman, Realtors, has six years experience in the real estate field, and has earned his Accredited Buyers Representative, Graduate Realtor Institute, and Fine Homes Specialist real estate designations. Bob specializes in residential real estate, first-time home buyers, land, and investment properties in Fayette, Coweta, Clayton, and Henry counties. Professionally, he is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. A resident of Newnan, he enjoys volunteering for the American Cancer Society and being a member of the local Kiwanis Club when he is not busy assisting clients with their real estate needs. Frankey Marsh is a new agent with the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Marsh, a McDonough resident, has owned and operated two small companies, F.M. Marketing and Ruff Neck Construction. He is a member of World Changers Church. Kristina Martin has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. A 13-year Peachtree City resident, Martin is a native of Florida where she was previously a licensed Realtor. She holds a degree in interiors and housing from Auburn, and brings extensive experience in interior design to assist sellers present their home interiors in the most attractive manner, and to assist new homeowners with decor ideas. Martin is a classroom volunteer at Huddleston Elementary and Booth Middle School. She and her two daughters attend Holy Trinity Catholic Church. A member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, she specializes in residential real estate in Peachtree City, Fayette and Coweta. Danielle A. Mathis is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Mathis, who recently began working in real estate, is a member of the National, Georgia and Fayette County Association of Realtors and the Womens Council of Realtors. A graduate of the Gaddy School of Real Estate, she has completed the Coldwell Banker University FastStart program and is currently working on her e-Pro certification. She plans to focus on residential sales and specialize in the university and single professionals markets. A native of New Jersey who relocated to this area in 1997, she holds a master in professional writing from the University of Southern California and a bachelor of arts in creative writing from Carnegie Mellon University. She serves as a member of the Carnegie Mellon Admissions Council and as a part-time adjunct faculty instructor in English at Clayton College & State University. A program consultant for the Association of Village Pride Inc., a youth leadership development program based in Fayette County, Mathis is also the Founder of the SouthSide Pioneers Track & Field Club. She and her husband Nate have been married for 20 years and currently reside in the Fayetteville area. They have three children, Nicole, 16, and James, 15, who attend Sandy Creek High School, and David, 13, a student at Flat Rock Middle School. She is a member of Berean Bible Baptist Church in southwest Atlanta, where she assists with the womens ministry education curriculum. Chris Pryor is a new sales associate with the Griffin/Spalding County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.Pryor, who received his pre-licensing training at the MLS Institute, has been in real estate for nine months. He is an 18-year employee of Delta Air Lines, currently serving as a supervisor in material management. Tonya Pryor, his wife, is also a new agent with the Griffin/Spalding County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She received her training through the MLS Institute. Both are Spalding County residents and attend Second Baptist Church in Griffin. |
