Villages concert rescheduled

One of the summer concerts on the schedule for the Villages Amphitheater has been rescheduled.

Country artist Sara Evans, originally slated to perform Sept. 11, will instead perform Thursday, July 8. Evans is six months pregnant with her third child and has cancelled all her touring dates in September.

Tickets for the Sept. 11 date will be honored for the new date.

Refunds will be available but the process for getting them depends on where the tickets were purchased. If the tickets were bought at Fayetteville City Hall, the refunds will be issued there.

If the tickets were bought through Ticketmaster, they must be returned to the Ticketmaster outlet at which they were purchased.

There is one table left for the Sara Evans concert which is adjacent to the stage, organizers said. The tables are $500 each and seats eight persons. There are also scattered single seats and lawn seats still available for the show.
