Eagles Brooke sales on the riseThus far in 2004, new home sales in the Eagles Brooke Golf and Country Club community have surpassed those of 2003, according to statistics released recently by SmartSearch Atlanta. The research by SmartSearch Atlanta, an alliance of ViaSearch and Smart Numbers, reported that between Jan. 1, 2003, and Dec. 31, 2003, there were 49 closings in Eagles Brooke for a sales volume of $15,995,900. Eagles Brooke, Killearn Properties family-oriented planned community located off Bill Gardner Parkway in the Locust Grove area of Henry County, is a 1,200-acre development which will ultimately have approximately 700 upscale homes priced from the $200,000s to over $850,000. At the present time, the community is about to enter its sixth phase of residential development, and there are currently only 13 remaining homesites in Phases 4 and 5. The builder team is composed of John Christian Homes, R.H.B. Inc., Oxford Custom Homes LLC, and Kenny Johnson Homes. The community features pedestrian-friendly sidewalks on both sides of streets, streetlights, underground utilities, matching designer mailboxes at each residence, play areas, and the security of a private gated neighborhood. Residents will also have access to an 18-hole championship golf course, a spectacular clubhouse, and a four and one-half acre water park and recreation center. Other amenities will include a large nature preserve, trails, and lighted tennis courts. Eagles Brooke is located in the new Luella school district and is a short drive from Exit 212 of I-75 and the Tanger Outlet Center. More information about the neighborhood can be obtained by calling the Eagles Brooke Sales Center at 770-898-5929. The developer of Eagles Brooke, Killearn Properties, began developing communities in the Tallahassee, FL, area in 1964 with two 4,000-acre master planned communities, Killearn Estates and Killearn Lakes Plantation, which includes Golden Eagle. Since entering the Georgia market, the company has also developed Eagles Landing in Stockbridge, and current projects include Waterfall Country Club at Lake Burton and Kingwood Golf Club and Resort in the North Georgia mountains and Durham Lakes Golf and Country Club in Fairburn. |
