Carroll now at Lake Overlook

Sam Carroll is Brayson Homes’ on-site agent in Lake Overlook, the company’s single-family residential neighborhood located on Highpoint Road in Union City.

Carroll, who previously represented the company in Deer Creek, also in Union City, is a Fulton County resident who has been in real estate for three years. He joined Brayson Homes two years ago and has been a member of the Million Dollar Club.

The neighborhood, which will have 49 ranch and two-story homes priced from the $140,000s to the $170,000s, is a short drive from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and downtown Atlanta, and it is convenient to I-85, I-285 and South Fulton Parkway.
