Morningside now open

Home Power Realty held a ribbon-cutting ceremony May 19 in their newest new-home community of Morningside. Located on Rockaway Road in Coweta County, near Senoia, this 140-home community features 2-story, ranch and custom homes from the $200’s.

Four local builders — Jeff Betsill Homes, Inc., Martin Homes, Olde Towne Builders, Inc., and Enterkin Builders, Inc. — will be building in Morningside. More than 20 different floor plans are offered and each builder will feature a decorated model home. Morningside’s amenities include a pool and cabana, sidewalks, sewer, masonry fronts and side-entry garages.

Mayor Robert Hannah of Senoia graciously consented to cut the ribbon and officially opened Morningside to the public. In attendance for the ribbon cutting ceremony were developer Steve Enterkin, Chris Martin of Martin Homes, Home Power Realty broker Cookie Roberts, and on-site sales agents Laurie Mayfield and Marcel Kiker.

Morningside will be open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 1-6 p.m. Sunday. For more information about Morningside, call 770-599-6679.
