Marshall attends national landlording convention

Gary Marshall, broker of Assist-2-Sell Buyer and Seller Realty Center in Newnan, just attended the MRLANDLORD.com national convention in Indianapolis.

The convention lasted a full three days and provided 24 different seminars and workshops plus everyday professional investor/landlords offering valuable “school-of-hard knocks” advice and during the late evening roundtable brainstorming sessions. Jeffery Taylor, founder of MRLANDLORD.com, hosted the event along with several national trainers.

A few of the topics covered during the convention were what it takes to be a successful landlord, asset protection strategies, tax strategies, tenant screening, creative financing options, create greater net worth faster from rental income and how to retire in five years investing in single-family rentals, plus much more.
