Home Source listed among top companies

The Home Source Realtors was among the top 25 real estate companies in Atlanta in 2003, according to The Atlanta Business Chronicle.

The Home Source Realtors has general brokerage offices in Peachtree City and Newnan serving Atlanta’s Southern Crescent. The company also markets new homes at The Peninsula and Kedron Estates in Peachtree City, Lake Windsong and Tullamore in Tyrone, and SummerGrove and Avery Park in Newnan. Approximately 100 full-time real estate professionals are affiliated with The Home Source Realtors, who have been area real estate leaders for more than 20 years.

According to figures from the Georgia Multiple Listing Service, in Fayette County in 2003 The Home Source Realtors Peachtree City office achieved the highest closed dollar volume, nearly $100 million, of any real estate office. The company also recorded the highest average sales price of the top eight real estate offices in Peachtree City. In addition, The Home Source Realtors Peachtree City office was Number 1 in home sales dollar volume and number of homes sold in Peachtree City in 2003.

In Coweta County in 2003, The Home Source Realtors sold more homes than any other real estate company, also according to Georgia MLS.
