New faces in new places in local real estateJ. C. Burkeland is a new sales associate with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Burkeland received his real estate training through the GMAC pre-licensing course, the Georgia MLS post licensing and the Nuts and Bolts of Real Estate course. A Conyers resident, he has a background of over 30 years of business experience at the local, regional and national level with Rayovac Corp., including serving as national sales manager. Scott Diamond has returned to Re/Max Advantage after over a years absence.Ê Specializing in investment properties, He works with buyers and sellers.ÊHe enjoys sports, the beach and spending time with his family. L. Simone Lee is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry Couny office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Lee, who attended Georgia State University, received her real estate training through the MLS Institute. A Clayton County resident, she serves on board for Wellington subdivision, and she is a member of the PTA for Pointe South Middle School. She also belongs to Greater Rising Star Church, serving in the childrens ministry. Jan McCracken has joined the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. McCracken has been with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty for the past two years, working in the Griffin/Spalding County office, and she was the December 2003 Agent of the Month for that office. She is a member of the heart of Georgia Board of Realtors and earned membership in the Half Million Dollar Club for 2003. She also received a Bullard Certificate of Merit for her performance during the past year. A native Mississippian, she attended the University of Mississippi, where she majored in marketing. She and her family moved to Georgia from Iowa five and one-half years ago, first living in Spalding County before relocating to Peachtree City in January of this year. McCracken is an active school volunteer as well as a fundraiser. She is a member of First United Methodist Church in Griffin, but she is currently attending Peachtree City United Methodist Church. Married to Dana P. McCracken, she has two children, Hannah, 9, and Jack, 10. Gul Mendes is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A member of AICPA and IMA, she has previously worked as an accountant. She and her husband Glenn are residents of Peachtree City. Bruce Williams is a new agent at Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty. Having recently moved to Fairburn, he has been a South Fulton resident for 19 years and a Scoutmaster with South Fulton County for 14 years. Last year he was voted South Fulton Scoutmaster of the year for 2003. Williams background is in retail operations management and sales. He owned and operated Atlanta Speciality Tours, a tour and event planing company, for 5 years. He has been married 25 years and has 2 sons, ages 14 and 19. |
