Fayette NAACP meets Sat. The Fayette County branch of the NAACP will meet Saturday, June 12, at 4 p.m. at Flat Rock A.M.E. Church. Scott Ballard, candidate for district attorney, and Fayette County Solicitor-General Steven L. Harris, candidate for Superior Court Judge, will present their campaign platforms. All members and Fayette County residents are invited to attend and learn more aboutÊcandidates running for public office in the July 20 election. Flat Rock A.M.E. is located at 108 Old Chapel Road between Fayetteville and Peachtree City off Ga. Highway 54.
