Fun run to raise funds for FCHS band boosters

The Fayette County High School Band Boosters are sponsoring a Motorcycle Fun Run in the Fayette area with many local and surrounding area merchants participating. The ride will be a five-card draw format and will be on June 19 starting at the new Loco’s in the Towne Center Shopping Center at 11 a.m. Participants will ride to several locations in Fayette and Coweta counties with the final stop at the YMCA Park on Huiet Road. The park has a large paved parking area and plenty of room under the pavilion. We will be serving a BBQ dinner and have a DJ playing your favorite music. Pre-registration is requested.

The Band Boosters are asking for a $25 donation for each bike and $10 for a passenger. This will be for the ride, a draw of the cards for each and dinner. Extra hands can be bought at the start. The top three hands will be awarded prizes and drawing for door prizes will be held. There will also be a 50/50 drawing.
