Lightning tryouts start June 14

The AFC Lightning Soccer Club will have tryouts for boys and girls the week of June 14 at the soccer fields at McCurry Park in Fayetteville.

Dates and times for the boys are:

U-13 boys - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Field 21 5:30-7 p.m.

U-13 girls - Tuesday and Thursday, Field 24, Friday, Field 23, 5:30-7 p.m.

U-14 boys - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Field 22, 5:30-7 p.m.

U-14 girls - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Field 24, 5:30-7 p.m.

U-15 boys - Monday, Field 21, Tuesday and Thursday, Field 23, 7-8:30 p.m.

U-15 girls - Tuesday and Thursday, Field 25, Wednesday, Field 24, 5:30-7 p.m.

U-16 boys - Monday, Field 22, Wednesday and Friday, Field 21, 7-8:30 p.m.

U-16 girls - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Field 23, 7-8:30 p.m.

U-17 boys - Tuesday and Thursday, Field 23, Wednesday, Field 21, 7-8:30 p.m.

U-17 girls - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Field 24, 7-8:30 p.m.

U-18 boys - Tuesday and Thursday, Field 23, Wednesday, Field 22, 8:30-10 p.m.

U-18 girls - Tuesday and Thursday, Field 24, Wednesday, Field 23, 8:30-10 p.m.

Players should arrive 30 minutes before the start time of their first tryout in order to register. Players should attend at least two tryout sessions, including the last one. Visit www.afclightning.org for more information.
