Fayetteville Christian, June 7-11

Fayetteville Christian Church will host Vacation Bible School, a First Century Nazareth Village, June 7-11, from 9 a.m. until noon. Children will compete to see who can bring the most food for Fayette Samaritans. Child-friendly food is needed during the summer months when children are not in school. Harp’s Crossing Baptist Church will have Vacation Bible School June 7-11 from 9-12:30 a.m. The theme is “Far Out, Far East Rickshaw Rally, Racing to the Son.” Children four years old (by Sept. 1) through sixth grade are invited to participate. McDonough Road Baptist, June 7-11

McDonough Road Baptist Church in Fayetteville will host its annual Vacation Bible School Monday-Friday, June 7-11, from 9 a.m. Ð noon. This year’s theme is “Rickshaw Rally: Racing to the Son.” Children must be four years old by Aug. 1 to attend. Classes will be offered for students through 12th grade. Acitivities will include crafts, music, recreation, refreshments and study time. Thursday night, June 10, will be family night and will feature a hot dog supper. The children will present their musical, “Rickshaw Rally,” in the sanctuary. The church is at 352 McDonough Road, Fayetteville.

National Heights Baptist, June 7-10

National Heights Baptist Church will have Vacation Bible School June 7-10, from 6:30-8:30 p.m., for all ages, children through adult. The theme is Hero Quest Powered by Faith. Permieter South Community, June 7-11

Perimeter South Community Church will host “Down the Street” back yard Bible clubs June 7-11 in local neighborhoods. Kindergartners through fifth grade children are invited for games, crafts, music and Bible lessons. The clubs will meet in back yards in the Ridgemont and LaFayette Garden Homes subdivisions in Fayetteville, and the Pate’s Lake and Summer Creek subdivisions in Hampton.
