CorrectionAn article in Wednesdays edition of The Citizen incorrectly identified to one of the parties in a zoning lawsuit over property that might ultimately be annexed by Peachtree City. Pathway Communities lost the lawsuit last year that sought one-acre lots on the property for a 172-home subdivision. The company sued Fayette County contending that the current R-70 zoning, which requires a minimum lot size of two acres, was inappropriate. John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods was not a party to that lawsuit. It is the policy of The Citizen to correct errors of fact upon notification. |
