Woman dies days after tractor accident By JOHN MUNFORD jmunford@TheCitizenNews.com A Woolsey woman has died from injuries she sustained when her tractor rolled into a pond, trapping her underwater for several minutes May 11. Linda Draper, 54, of 374 Hampton Road, died Friday as a result of those injuries, according to a statement from her family. Draper was resuscitated by emergency crews after they used special equipment to free her from the tractor. She was originally taken to Fayette Community Hospital and then airlifted to Atlanta Medical Center for further treatment. Officials said Draper was on top of the tractor when the accident occurred. Several bystanders noticed the tractor in the pond and called 911, officials said.
