‘Spring Fling’ launched at new home communities

“Spring Fling” offers buyers the choice of four incentives with the purchase of a new home from one of M&M Custom Homes’ new home communities. Customers have an option of a $2,500 Rooms to Go Certificate, a Free Washer, Dryer and Refrigerator, $2,000 off the price of the new home or $3,000 in closing costs to be paid by the seller.
