Upcoming home tour includes $100,000 prize vault

Free SummerGrove tour May 15-16, 22-23

There’s a new kind of home tour coming to SummerGrove May 15-16 and 22-23. In addition to being free, it will combine the appeal of SummerGrove and all it has to offer with the thrill of potentially winning $100,000.

“This is not your average home tour,” said Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove. “The $100,000 prize vault is the Þrst-of-its-kind in the area. We wanted to tie in our current game-themed advertising campaign, ‘What will you do at SummerGrove today,’ to an interesting and fun way to see SummerGrove’s vast selection of designer model homes and amenities.”

Tour goers will start at the SummerGrove Information Center by picking up a registration card and model home map. Then, take the card and visit five designer model homes within the community. Bring the completed card back to the Information Center and get a chance to enter a six-digit number of your choice into the electronic “100 Grand” prize vault. If you enter the winning numbers, the vault will open automatically and you’ll win $100,000 that you could put toward a new home at SummerGrove.

Homes on the tour range in price from the $130s to over $700,000, in styles ranging from townhomes to traditional to custom homes.

The home tour is much more than seeing great homes and an opportunity to win $100,000; it’s a chance to see the application of today’s design trends.

“Consumers are spending more time at home and they desire to make the most of their living environments through design and furnishings, said Sullivan. “Lifestyle changes and a desire for something different are forces inßuencing the design of many of today’s new homes and the Home Tour addresses many of these design trends and gives consumers great ideas.”

In addition, tour goers will be able to register for a $250 gift certiÞcate at The Avenue in Peachtree City.

SummerGrove is at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah Blvd. in Newnan. The Information Center is open daily 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m.-6 p.m. For more information on the Home Tour, call 770-252-9000 or visit www.summergrove.com.
