New faces in new places in local real estate

Najia Brack is a new agent with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Conyers/Rockdale County office.

Brack, who took her pre-license courses at the Georgia Institute of Real Estate, is a resident of Newton County. She and her husband Jim have two children, Aliya and Jimmy.

She has previous experience in office administration, and worked with AT&T in its cable hazard group and GIS. In community work, Brack is a contributor to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and breast cancer research, and she has also been involved in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Run/Walk marathons.

Michael Braver has joined the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate.

Braver, who received a B.S. degree from the University of Miami, spent 28 years as a restaurant executive in the food service industry. He and his wife Denise, who is a medical sales representative, live in Henry County and have two children, Jill, 14, and Allie, 12.

Jackie Campbell has joined the Dan Campbell Team at Re/Max Results as a new agent and team member. She has a background in technical project management and client relationship management, as well as extensive experience in marketing. She will be specializing in residential real estate in Coweta and Fayette counties.

Michelle Goodwin is a new sales associate with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A Conyers resident, she received her training through the Georgia MLS School. She is married and the mother of two. She attends church at East Conyers Congregation.

Angela Miller has joined the Jamie Upchurch Team at Re/Max Advantage as a buyer’s agent. She is the proud mother of 12-year-old twins, Ashley and Andrew.ÊShe is also the head coach of the 11/12 Dodgers in the McDonough Recreation League.ÊIn her spare time, she enjoys painting and stand-up comedy.

Patricia Ramsey is a new agent with the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Ramsey, who has been in real estate for six months, received her training through the Georgia MLS Institute, and she studied job readiness at Clayton College and State University. A resident of Henry County, she is a member of Kelleytown Community Church.

Jerry Yager has joined the Jamie Upchurch Team at Re/Max Advantage. A 25-year resident of the Southern Crescent area, he is married to Pat Yager, the publisher of Atlanta Homes Solution magazine.ÊThey have two grown sons: Brian, who is a district manager with Harmon Homes, and Chris, who is a broker.

Yager has 30 years sales experience.ÊHe started his real estate career as a buyer’s consultant, and from there he became an on-site sales consultant. He is currently the on-site salesperson at Leesburg Plantation in Locust Grove.
