Lindsey Davis, 42, for deposit account fraud. Alison Brooke Wallis, 23, for DUI, failure to maintain lane and a stop light violation. Path Morrison, 44, for deposit account fraud. Kenneth McElwaney, 35, for violation of probation. Catherine Shepard Muse, 32, for passing a bad check. Brandon Nicholas Reed, 17, for failure to appear in court.
