Local author announces May release of her debut Christian novel

The public is invited to a book signing event at Omega Books in Peachtree City May 1 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Mae Nunn’s inspirational romance is set in the historic Grant Park section of Atlanta. Inspired by a real life Green Beret’s story, “Hearts in Bloom” is the tale of an Army Special Forces Captain who abandons his mission to wed an Atlanta socialite when a plus-sized landscape design artist plants her dirty sneakers firmly in his life and forever on her heart.

Romantic Times Book Club Magazine 4-star review quipped, “Mae Nunn delights readers with a spunky, unconventional heroine and a hero to die for.” A resident of Sharpsburg for the past 15 years, Nunn grew up in Houston and earned a communications degree from the University of Texas. An active member of Georgia Romance Writers and American Christian Romance Writers, Ms. Nunn gladly considers speaking engagements and book club appearances on request.
