Glenn no expert on Medicare

I was shocked to see that Dylan Glenn is hosting a seminar on Medicare in our area. The article says that he is the Governor’s deputy chief of staff, even though other articles I have read refer to him as the former deputy chief of staff.

But what qualifies Mr. Glenn to host such a seminar? My understanding is that his work in Washington dealt only with economic policy, not Medicare. Since states only deal with indigent care in the form of Medicaid, his work in the state would have nothing to do with Medicare. And he is only in his 30s and has never had to deal with the issue personally.

I am offended at this portrayal and can see this is obviously a campaign ploy for his Congressional race.
