Louise H. McNiel

Louise H. McNiel, 99, Fayetteville, died April 16, 2004. She was born Jan. 6, 1905 in Turin, Coweta County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy S. McNiel. Graveside services were at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta, with the Rev. Chuck Chambers officiating. Survivors include brothers, Lee Hunter, Peachtree City, and George Hunter, Fayetteville; and a sister, Jeanette H. Bliss, Naples, Fla. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.

James Betsill

James Betsill, 63, Fayetteville, died April 16, 2004. He was born Jan. 11, 1941 in Fulton County. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Ed Lynch officiating. Interment was at the Banks Cemetery, Fayetteville. Survivors include his wife, Betty Betsill, Fayetteville; children, James Thomas and Marie Betsill, Zebulon, Betty Jean and Jon Mason, Griffin, Douglas Betsill, Fayetteville, and Cathy and Jeff White, Peachtree City; grandchildren, Nicole Smallwood, Christina Betsill, Cory White, Chastity Betsill, Tyler White, and Makenzie Mason; mother, Ruby Betsill, Fayetteville; brothers, Clarence Betsill, and Paul Betsill, both of Fayetteville; and a sister, Mary Jo and Albert Fuller, Homer, Ga. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.

Raymond A. Sims

Raymond A. Sims, 81, Fayetteville, died April 18, 2004. He was born Aug. 28, 1922 in Fulton County. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Walton Sims. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with Minister Aubrey Johnson officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include sons, Ray and Lynette Sims, Fayetteville, and Warren and Elaine Sims, Peachtree City; a daughter, Janet and Jim Foster, Fayetteville; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Virginia Thresa Koszalinski

Virginia Thresa Koszalinski, 83, Peachtree City, died April 18, 2004. She was born April 2, 1921 in Detroit, Mich. Services were at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Peachtree City, with the Rev. Father John Walsh officiating. Interment was at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township, Mich. Survivors include a son, Anthony and Loraine Koszalinski, Columbus, Ohio; daughters, Judy and Ron Wojcik, Wake Forest, N.C., and Annette and Danny Deaton, Peachtree City; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Carleene Fruit

Carleene Fruit, Peachtree City, died April 20, 2004. Services were at the Jonesboro First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jerry Newton and the Rev. Kyle Smith officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include her husband, Don Fruit, Peachtree City; children, Todd and Terry Fruit, Savannah, Maribeth and Carlton Redwine, Peachtree City, and Laura and Stephen Jones, Peachtree City; eight grandchildren; a brother, Joe and Helen Teague, Ft. Helen Buie, 83, Fayetteville, died April 20, 2004. She was born Nov. 21, 1920 in Mountain View, Clayton County. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Dixon Buie. Services were at the Fayette Presbyterian Church with the Rev. David Black officiating. Interment was at the Jones Memorial Methodist Church Cemetery, Forest Park. Survivors include a son, C.
