County hosts open house tomorrow Fayette County Government will celebrate National County Government Week this week by hosting an open house tomorrow, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Fayette County Administration Complex, 140 W. Stonewall Avenue. The public is invited to visit the booths of the various county government departments to learn what services and programs are offered to the community and citizens of Fayette County. Free on-site services and information packets will be available. “This is an excellent opportunity for our citizens to get a hands on look at the services the County has to offer,” said county administrator Chris Cofty. The highlight of the afternoon will be the dedication of the new Justice Center at 2 p.m. The Justice Center is located at 1 Center Drive. The public is invited.
