Braelinn Church begins relocation

During their three worship services on March 28, members of the Braelinn Church in Peachtree City overwhelmingly affirmed a plan for relocation to their new campus on Highway 74 at Dogwood Trail. The plan calls for construction of an estimated 10,000 sq. ft. multi-use facility to begin as soon as possible. The new facility will first house Braelinn’s student ministries and later serve as the church’s temporary worship center when they sell their current facilities at 777 Robinson Road in Peachtree City.

The master plan for the Dogwood facility calls for an initial 1,200 seat worship center, children’s theater, student ministries complex, and dedicated facilities for Braelinn Community Services. The initial multi-use facility will eventually serve as Braelinn’s sports outreach center.

Braelinn Church currently offers three identical services each Sunday at 9 and 10:30 a.m., and 6 p.m. to accommodate the average attendance which approaches 1,100 worshipers.

Details of the transition plan affirmed by the members may be viewed at www.braelinn.org/dogwood. The groundbreaking ceremony for Braelinn’s new Dogwood campus will be scheduled later this summer.
