PruGeorgia hosts annual awards event

Prudential Georgia Realty held its 2004 Awards Breakfast Feb. 19 at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia.

The awards ceremony was held to recognize outstanding sales performance in 2003 by the company's 1,000+ sales associates. It included recognizing agents at several levels created by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates as a national standard for its agents. These include: Prudential Million Dollar Club, Prudential Multi-Million Dollar Club, Honor Society, President's Circle, Leading Edge, Chairman's Circle, and the top 50 agents within Prudential Georgia Realty's 20 metro Atlanta and North Georgia offices.

Dan Forsman, president and CEO of the company, summarized the ceremony by saying, “The awards event was a rare opportunity for our Prudential family to come together and honor each other's achievements. It was great to see entire offices cheer when an award went to one of its team members.”

Prudential Georgia Realty also recognized its top-producing real estate offices. The top three branch offices were North Fulton, Northwest (in Cobb County), and 400 North/Lake Lanier (Forsyth County), respectively.

Nearly 700 Realtors, executives, and Prudential Georgia Realty staff attended the awards breakfast. The theme for the ceremony was “Dream BIG” and company executives encouraged the sales associates to make 2004 their best year ever, both personally and professionally.

Sponsors of the event included HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the law firm of McCalla, Raymer, Padrick, Cobb, Nichols & Clark, Arrow Exterminators, American Home Shield, and Georgia Realty Insurance. Each had representatives on hand for the event.
