Walker tops in Fayette for PruGeorgia

Real estate professional Stephen Walker, an award-winning agent in Prudential Georgia Realty’s Peachtree City office, was recently named that branch’s Top Individual Listing & Sales Agent of 2003. This is the second straight year Walker has achieved this honor.

He had a gross closed sales volume of $5.7 million in 2003. These sales placed him in Prudential Real Estate Affiliate’s (PREA) President’s Circle, an honor achieved by only the top 7 percent of the more than 50,000 Prudential agents in North America.

“Stephen is a dedicated professional who delivers superior customer service to his clients,” stated Kathy Murphy, managing broker of the Peachtree City location. “His winning attitude makes him a true asset to our team at Prudential.”

A Fayette County resident, Walker is the 2004 president of the Fayettechapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Very involved in the real estate field, he also belongs to the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Active in the local community, he belongs to Christ’s Church at Whitewater, Kiwanis of Fayette County, where he is a board member, and is a singer with the Southern Crescent Chorale.

To stay informed of the latest trends in his field, Walker has earned several real estate designations including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-rofit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
