Rockdale honors Bullard reps

Eleven representatives of the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization were among the honorees at the Rockdale Board of Realtors’ annual Awards Banquet March 27 Cherokee Run Country Club in Rockdale County.

Four of the real estate board’s top five producers during 2003 were from Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, a company which became affiliated with the Bullard organization early this year. Betty Denio with $14.2 million was the No. 1 producer, followed by Linda Lindsey at No. 3 with $11.7 million, Sandi Austin at No. 4 with $11.5 million, and Ann Bell at No. 5 with $10.6 million. In addition to these four, five other Coldwell Banker ALM agents earned Million Dollar Club membership, including Debbie Hall with $6.7 million, Mackey Whitmire with $2.9 million, Brandi Williams with $2.5 million, Anna Mundy Parham with $2.4 million, and Les Conway with $1.4 million.

Valerie Cross from the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty was named as the association’s Rookie of the Year and earned Million Dollar Club membership with over $2 million in sales during the past year.

From that same office, Brenda Waldrop received the Silver Phoenix Award for 15 years of Million Dollar Club membership with sales totaling $1.5 million in 2003.

The awards were presented by Gerri Murphy of Coldwell Banker Gerri Murphy Realty of Covington, who is the president of the Rockdale Board of Realtors.

Then, early in January, the Bullard organization acquired American Land Mart from well known local developer Alton Housworth Jr.
