Brayson Homes sponsoring Treasure Hunt spring promotion

Brayson Homes, which is active in communities throughout the metro Atlanta area, is holding a Treasure Hunt Spring Promotion in all of its neighborhoods through the weekend of April 24-25.

During the promotion, potential homebuyers can visit Brayson Homes’ decorated model homes and claim their treasure by drawing pirate money from a treasure chest at the sales center in each community. Winners will receive from $500 up to $2,000 in free upgrades on homes purchased from Brayson by May 31.

During the grand finale weekend, April 24-25, the first 10 visitors to each Brayson Homes model home in participating neighborhoods will receive a free “Pirates of the Caribbean” DVD (limit one per party) courtesy of HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation.

Participating Brayson Homes communities and neighborhoods include:

• Clayton County - Silverstone.

• Coweta County - North Square at Avery Park and Ashton at SummerGrove.

• DeKalb County - Cedar Lake, Cedar Walk and Walden Lake.

• South Fulton County - Lake Overlook and Lake View.

• Gwinnett County - Brickshire Park, Charleston Row Townhomes, The

Crossing at Great River, Fairmont on the Park and Victoria Park.

• Henry County - Clearwater Pointe and Pinehurst at Heron Bay.

• Newton County - Saddlebrook and The Meadows at Saddlebrook.

• Paulding County - Blue Ridge Park.
