Brayson schedules grand opening in Clearwater PointeBrayson Homes has scheduled grand opening for the general public April 24-25 in Clearwater Pointe, a new swim/tennis community in McDonough in Henry County. The grand opening festivities at Clearwater Pointe coincide with the grand finale weekend of Brayson Homes Treasure Hunt Spring Promotion. During the promotion, potential homebuyers can visit Brayson Homes decorated model homes in participating neighborhoods and claim their treasure by drawing pirate money from a treasure chest at the sales center in each community. Winners will receive from $500 up to $2,000 in free upgrades on homes purchased from Brayson by May 31. During the grand finale weekend, April 24-25, the first 10 visitors to each Brayson Homes model home in participating neighborhoods, including the one at Clearwater Pointe, will receive a free Pirates of the Caribbean DVD (limit one per party) courtesy of HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation. There will also be free Godiva chocolates while supplies last. An industry luncheon for co-op agents will take place at Clearwater Pointe Wednesday, May 5, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Real estate professionals will have the opportunity to tour model homes, preview the amenities and have a chance to win door prizes. Clearwater Pointe is located on McGarity Road, which runs off Ga. Highway 20 East (Cedar Street) in Henry County. Brayson Homes is marketing 247 of the approximately 361 homes in the community, and there will be 68 homes in Braysons first phase. Prices of the homes start in the high $140,000s. Eight different two-story and ranch plans, including some with bonus rooms, are being offered by Brayson Homes. The interiors feature vaulted ceilings, formal dining rooms, hardwood floors and decorative planter shelves, and lawns are fully sodded. Amenities, which include a swim and tennis complex with a junior olympic pool, childrens playground and six lighted tennis courts, will begin opening soon. More information can be obtained by contacting Martin Colli or Regina Warden, the on-site agents, at 678-432-1465, or by visiting the communitys newly-opened, decorated model home. |
