Shell Team tops in PTC office

The husband-wife real estate team of Tom and Jo Ann Shell, also known as the Shell Team, were recently honored as the 2003 Top Listing & Sales Team for the Prudential Georgia Realty Peachtree City office.

The Shell Team had a gross closed sales volume of $8.6 million in 2003, a sales total which also made them the Overall Agents of the Year for their office. These sales placed them in Prudential Real Estate Affiliate’s President’s Circle, an honor achieved by only the top 7 percent of the more than 50,000 Prudential agents in North America.

Jo Ann and Tom are native Georgians and residents of Peachtree City for the last 31 years. Jo Ann has 25 years’ real estate experience. Her awards include lifetime membership in the Fayette Board's Million Dollar Club and the Phoenix Award for 10 consecutive years of Million Dollar Club sales.

They both have attained their Accredited Buyer's Representative designations. In addition, Jo Ann has earned her associate broker’s license and is a Certified Relocation Specialist. Tom is a retired executive from Delta Air Lines. The Shell Team specializes in residential real estate, corporate relocation, and buyer agency. They attribute 98 percent of their business comes from referrals by previous satisfied customers.
