Coldwell Banker ranked high by J.D. Power

Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, the nation’s oldest national real estate organization, has announced that it has the highest ranking in customer satisfaction from both first-time home buyers and sellers who used national real estate firms, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2003 Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study.

The Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization, the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia, has eight locations throughout the Metro South area and in Rockdale County in East Metro.

J.D. Power and Associates conducts quality and customer satisfaction studies across a variety of top industries including real estate.

The real estate study, which was conducted during August and September 2003, asked 2,924 homebuyers and sellers to evaluate the top five national real estate brands and to identify key factors of customer satisfaction in the home buying or selling process.

The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has offices in Jonesboro, Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Conyers, plus an affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, in Conyers.
