AmerEstate joins Georgia MLS

The Peachtree City real estate market has become increasingly active as more and more people express interest in the benefits of a planned community.

At the same time, Peachtree City has almost reached its build out capacity, which means less new construction is available to those potential buyers. To better serve the local market of sellers and the influx of families and retirees who want to purchase in the area, local real estate agent and appraiser Barry Keever has joined Georgia’s largest multiple listing service, GAMLS. His goal is to ensure that his AmerEstate agency can better reach current residents in South Metro Atlanta who are being drawn to the area.

Having these resources at their fingertips enable them to better serve the buying and selling public.

Keever also points to effective Internet visibility as essential in today's real estate industry. “My clients are more computer savvy and have, with rare exception, done a lot of research on their own,” he said. “That means we must maintain as broad of Internet awareness as possible. GAMLS and its open-to-the-public web site www.gamlshomes.com will make a substantial contribution to that awareness.”
