Cromartie earns registered appraisal license

Cynthia Cromartie, a Realtor with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City, is also a Registered Real Property Appraiser following the recent completion of 90 hours of classroom instruction.

Coursework included such topics as uniform standards of professional appraisal practice, law and theory, appraisal methods, and Fannie Mae guidelines.

Cromartie specializes in residential real estate in Peachtree City, Fayette and Coweta counties. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designations, and was recognized by The Home Source Realtors as one of the Peachtree City General Brokerage office Top Five Listing agents and Top Five Closed Sales agents for 2003.

Cromartie is an Active Life Member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. She serves as a local director and is a member of the organization's education committee.

She and her husband Mahany reside in Peachtree City where she is a founding member of the Greek Orthodox Mission and serves as parish council secretary.
