Home sales adding up at CreeksideThere have already been seven new home sales in Creekside, The Knight Groups new 180-home development in South Fulton County. Creekside, where sales opened late in January, is located at the Scarborough Road-Mason Road intersection just off South Fulton Parkway. Seaborn Lee Elementary School is just up the road. The Knight Group, which is also the builder and the developer, is currently offering 14 ranch, two-story and split foyer plans, with home plans ranging from the low $120,000s to the high $140,000s. The homes will include three to five bedrooms and two to three baths, depending on the plan, and a number of basement homesites are available. The home exteriors in Creekside are of vinyl with a choice of brick, stone or stucco accents. The front and side yards are sodded.
