New faces in new placesLaura L. Audet has joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realtys McDonough/Henry County office as a sales associate. Audet, who received her sales training through MLS, is a resident of Henry County. Her background includes helping build two houses. Keith A. Cross is a new agent with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Cross, who completed the MLS pre-licensing cours, has a background in computer service and software development. He and his wife Valerie, who is also a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realtys Conyers/Rockdale County office, are residents of Conyers. Toni Jackson has joined Prudential Georgia Realtys Peachtree City team of real estate professionals. The office is in The Avenue shopping plaza at the corner of Ga. highways 54 and 74. Originally from Los Angeles, she now resides in Palmetto. She concentrates on residential real estate in Fayette, Fulton, and the surrounding area. Professionally, Toni is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Melissa Stephens is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. The daughter of Coldwell Banker Bullards Relocation Director Freda Stephens, she received her training through the MLS Institute. She has worked for the past six years with Donna Tidwell and the HomeTeam from Coldwell Banker Bullard, serving as listing coordinator and marketing director, and she will be graduating this summer with a B. S. degree in business administration from Clayton College and State University. Formerly a resident of Conley, she recently moved to McDonough, where she serves as a mentor at McDonough Elementary School. She and her finance, Chad Brown, will marry May 14. Holly Vandiver has joined Parks & Mottola, Inc., and will work at the companys main office in the Calumet Business Park. She will also assist Parks & Mottolas New Home Sales Team including working in the sales office at Brasch Park, a neighborhood of 72 new homes in Grantville with prices starting in the $130s. In August 2001, Vandiver graduated from the State University of West Georgia with a marketing degree. Later she earned her state-registered classification as a real estate appraiser.ÊShe received her real estate pre-licensing education through the Georgia MLS Training Institutes computer-based program, and earned her Georgia Real Estate License in January of this year.ÊA member of the Newnan/Coweta Board of Realtors, Vandiver resides in Hogansville. JaRodney Walker is a new sales associate with the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A Jonesboro resident, Walker received his training through the Barney Fletcher Real Estate School. Teri Winters has joined the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. A Newnan resident, she received her real estate pre-license training through the MLS. Holder of a bachelors degree in literary studies and a masters degree education, she was an educator of the deaf for seven years and is proficient in sign language. Her background also includes being a business owner and working for a Fortune 200 company in Dallas, Tex. She is married to Brian Farrier. |
