Builders staying busy in Fayette

It’s a common sight in Fayette and many other counties in the metro Atlanta area.

From the northern corridor of Ga. Highway 314 near the county line and College Park, to the southern stretch of Ga. Highway 85 near Coweta County; from the eastern edge of Fayetteville to the western tip of Peachtree City; through Brooks, Woolsey, Inman, and every other community in every corner of Fayette, builders are erecting new homes and buildings to give local folks places to live and work.

People looking to settle down here have a wide variety of choices, from just over $100,000 to well over $1 million, with dozens of styles and sizes, in subdivisions and on large estates. Those choices are available because there are dozens of builders working every day in Fayette County, building hundreds of homes each year and continuing to have a huge impact on the local economy by utilizing local businesses for their daily needs and providing jobs for local workers.

This section contains information on just some of the many builders now plying their trade in Fayette and surrounding counties so that more people can realize their dream of owning their own home.
