Study on Hebrews to begin at Christ the King

The New Testament book, “The Epistle to the Hebrews,” will be the subject of a Bible study at Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church beginning Thursday, April 22 at 7 p.m.

The study will be taught by two ministers, Father Paul Massey and the Rev. Dan Hale, both of Peachtree City.

Massey, who serves as curate at Christ the King, received his bachelor’s degree at Carson-Newman College and his master’s degree at Georgia State University, with additional training at St. Michael’s Seminary. Massey also serves on the Bishop’s Council for the Diocese of Georgia.

Hale, who serves as senior deacon at Christ the King, received his bachelor’s degree from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Va. He also did graduate work at North Carolina State University and received specialized training at St. Michael’s Seminary.

The Bible study is open to the public and there is no charge. All sessions will be held in the church’s “parish house” near the church building. The church is at 4881 Ga. Hwy. 34 East, between Peachtree City and Newnan.
