Sarah Roberts to speak at PTC Aglow’s April meeting

Sarah Roberts, an internationally known representative for Women of Faith conferences, will speak at the April meeting of Peachtree City Aglow. The meeting is set for 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 19, at Calvary Temple Assembly of God in Peachtree City. The church is on Robinson Road, one-quarter mile south of Ga. Highway 54, across from Peachtree City United Methodist Church.Free nursery will be provided. Men are welcome.

Roberts’ ministry spans 30 years. A resident of Frisco, Texas, her work for missions and evangelism has taken her throughout the United States and into Haiti, the West Indies, Guatemala, Central America and most recently China.

“She has an incredible love for the Word of God,” a spokesperson said, “and is gifted with insight and wisdom into its meaning and relevance in today’s world. She mentors and disciples hundreds of women in living and walking out their lives like Jesus and in the Spirit of God.”

Peachtree City Aglow is part of Aglow International, an international ministry for women.

Founded in 1967 in Seattle, Aglow’s multifaceted ministry helps change women’s lives in neighborhoods, inner cities, workplaces, rural communities, prisons, jails, war-torn nations and refugee camps.

The local group’s outreach ministry currently includes Heritage of Peachtree Independent and Assisted Living retirement community.
