Gregorio Fernandez Diaz, 28, for violation of probation. David Kenneth Webb, 26, for theft by taking. Felicia Anne Lawson, 22, for passing a bad check. Charles Eric Smith, 24, for violation of probation. Thomas Eric Kane, 23, for driving with a suspended license and speeding. Stacie Juillet Miller, 28, for deposit account fraud. Kirk Douglas Walls, 34, for violation of probation. Jason E. Gann, 28, for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Gary Wayne Boshell, 33, for one felony count and one misdemeanor count of deposit account fraud. Laquita Evette Hayes, 37, for deposit account fraud. Larry Darnell Powell, 19, for driving with a suspended license and driving without a seat belt. Jennifer Marie Shockley, 26, for deposit account fraud. Brandon Ray Smiley Berry, 22, for failure to appear in court. Latosha Williams, 32, for simple battery. Donald H. Grooms, 38, for violation of probation. Ryan Matthew Thomas, 26, for making harassing phone calls. Astrial Dionne Washington, 27, for deposit account fraud. Joseph Paul Jones, 37, for deposit account fraud.
