2 arrested for vandalizing PTC police cars

Two former McIntosh High School students have been indicted on charges they vandalized two police cars last fall while they were parked in residential areas.

Evan Miles Housley, 18, and Aaron Fitzwater, 21, were indicted for one count each of interference with government property and criminal trespassing.

According to the indictment, the two threw eggs, spray painted and shot paintballs at a patrol unit parked in the Braelinn Green subdivision Oct. 26 and they also egged a patrol car parked in the Ridgefield Condominiums subdivision Nov. 11.
