Man pleads guilty to molesting 3 children By JOHN MUNFORD A north Fayette man pled guilty Monday to molesting several different children at his residence in Landmark Mobile Home Park dating back to January 1999. Paul Seibert, 34, was sentenced to 20 years in prison by Superior Court Judge Johnnie L. Caldwell Jr., who accepted the negotiated plea in open court. Seibert pled guilty to five felony counts of child molestation, two misdemeanor counts of unlawful distribution of pornographic materials to minors, two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one misdemeanor count of sexual battery. According to police, the victims included a 7-year-old girl, a 6-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy. According to the indictment which Seibert pled guilty to, he forced some of the victims to participate in sex acts and also showed pornographic videos to two of the victims. On one occasion, he exposed his genitals to one of the young female victims, the indictment stated. The investigation began when one of the victims told a neighbor about the incident, police said. Each of the victims lived in the area of Seiberts residence at Landmark Mobile Home Park, police said. Seibert was originally arrested in July 2002 and has remained in jail without bond since.
