Hampton Place underway in Henry County

Woodland Homes Inc. is presenting three new home styles in Hampton Place, a community located one mile south of Hampton in Henry County.

The new Hampton Place community is conveniently located off Hillview Road, and offers acre-plus homesites with homes priced from the $170,000s. Woodland Homes currently has three homes ready for purchase, and homesites are available for pre-sales.

Bill Spelce, the builder and president of Woodland Homes, said his company’s emphasis remains on “Homes Built with Pride and Quality with the Customer in Mind.”

“We have enjoyed building the Hampton Brook community, which has only three homes and three homesites remaining for selection, and we look forward to building in Hampton Place,” he said. The new Hampton Place subdivision is located directly behind Hampton Brook, and it will enable us to continue to offer homes to our customers in the same area.”

The two communities, which are a short drive from U.S. Highway 19-41, are located in the school district served by Hampton Elementary School and Luella Middle and High Schools.

More information about the company’s homes and homesites in Hampton Place and Hampton Brook can be obtained by calling Carole Williams, broker for Woodland Homes Realty, at 770-897-9980 or 770-487-5866.

Spelce, who has a background of more than 25 years in the home building field, started Woodland Homes in April 1998 and has previously been the exclusive builder for communities in Coweta County. His company, which has also built at Liberty Square Park in Hampton and will soon be building in Irish Hill Estates in Pike County, also specializes in custom design homes in the Metro South area.
