| Wednesday, March 10, 2004 Arbor Springs Plantation posts record sales Arbor Springs Plantation, the upscale golf course community, had a record year for sales during the past year. Sherry Crawford, on-site agent for Arbor Springs Realty Ltd., said that over 40 transactions at above $8 million closed in 2003. Crawford, who is a member of the Newnan/Coweta Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club, attributes the record sales success to Arbor Springs’ recognizing homebuyers’ desire to choose their homesite, their builder and community. “Our open lot sales program allows purchasers these choices when they are creating their dream home,” she said. The year 2004 is continuing the strong sales pace, as 12 properties in Arbor Springs Plantation are already under contract. In addition, several new homes available for purchase are completed except for purchasers’ custom selections. Homesites are still being developed in phases, the community when built out will have over 650 homes. The new Phase G, with 20 homesites is now available by reservation. The new Arbor Springs Parkway entrance at Highway 154 is now under construction.
