Wilson elected 2004 CRS Pathways president

Win Wilson, broker associate with Re/Max Around Atlanta Results, has been elected 2004 President of the local CRS Chapter known as CRS Pathways.

Certified Residential Specialist is a designation recognized as the “Ph.D” of Residential Real Estate. CRS agents are members of the Council of Residential Specialist, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, that provide advanced real estate related education to its members.

Only about 5 percent of NAR members are Certified Residential Specialist. Nationwide they are involved in about 25 percent of residential real estate transactions. CRS Pathways is a Georgia Certified Residential Specialist Sub Chapter serving Fayette, Coweta, Clayton, Carroll, Henry, Meriwether, Pike and Spaulding counties.
