Wednesday, March 10, 2004 Home Source honors award winners Susan Fitzgerald, Linda Byrd, Jane Young, Angela Cole, and Sherry Stone Blackmon are top agents for 2003 at The Home Source Realtors, who made the announcement recently at an awards dinner at The Palmer Club at Starrs Mill. Fitzgerald and Byrd garnered honors for the highest number of transactions and most listings for the Peachtree City and Newnan General Brokerage offices respectively. Fitzgerald recorded $51.8 million and Byrd recorded $10.2 million in sales during 2003. Young was Closed Volume Leader with sales of $12.8 million and Cole was recognized as Closed Sales Leader by the Builder Services Group, which markets new homes in selected neighborhoods in Peachtree City, and SummerGrove and Avery Park in Coweta County. Sherry Stone Blackmon was recognized as top sales agent for Avery Park.
